Subject: [BOND] Necktie Pattern

I have a pattern book that has many easy to HK projects like: a beret, cap,
necktie earwarmer, cowl, helmet (ski mask type hat) and dickey. But I don't
know how to convert it from HK to Bond. I don't think it would be too hard
though to do some of them. Anyone out there want to try converting some of
these and posting the results to the list?

Here's my interpretation of the necktie:

Necktie

Worsted Weight Yarn
Gauge: 12 sts = 2 1/4"

CO 12 sts
K until piece measures approx. 23"
Dec 1 st each end = 10 sts
K 1 row
Dec 1 st each end = 8 sts
K until whole piece measures approx. 34"
Inc 1 st each end of row = 10 sts
K until total piece measures approx. 52"
BO all sts.
(This tie has a flat bottom but I'm sure you could Dec EO row about 2-3 " from
the bottom to form a point instead)
